BNQ Global has now integrated Fireblocks, an enterprise platform for secure digital asset custody, settlement, trading operations, and stablecoin payments, as its custody technology provider to establish a new and safer user asset custody framework.On October 10, 2025, to establish a new user asset custody framework, the platform has now completed the full upgrade of its wallet system and officially launched a new Deposit Address System.

All deposit addresses are now generated and managed under Fireblocks Custody Architecture. Ensuring Multi-signature protection, Hot and cold wallet separation, and Cross Border payment settlements, providing an upgrade to the platform's asset protection capabilities.

Important Reminder

All old deposit addresses have become invalid after the system upgrade. Starting from the date of this announcement, any deposits made to old addresses will not be credited and cannot be recovered.

Please make sure to use only the latest deposit address displayed on the official website or in the BNQ Global App when making deposits.

Operations & Risk Control Guidelines

• If you need to make a deposit, go to the Deposit page, copy and use the latest displayed deposit address, and carefully verify before depositing that the coin, chain type, and address all match.

• Do not save or use old deposit addresses, and do not copy old addresses from your historical deposit records.

• If you use an auto-transfer feature on a third-party platform or wallet, please update it to the new address in a timely manner.

• If you mistakenly deposit to an old address, please contact customer service immediately to submit an appeal, but the platform cannot guarantee recovery.
